Short Visit In Rome

Rome is a city and most popular tourist destination in Italy, and ranking as Europe’s 3rd of the most visited city in European union, and has plenty of historical place to offer; like monuments and museums.

On the 3rd of May this year, my husband and I went to visit Rome for the first time. As soon as we arrived, I saw awesome old architecture of the walls that serve as the passage for the vehicles. It pretty awesome and I got more and more excited. Buildings are also mostly old, and I can imagine history in every blocks. It’s just amazing!!!

The first day, we went to visit Spanish Steps, which unfortunately I only get a chance to take photo through my mobile phone.

Spanish Steps or so-called Scalinata della Trinita dei Monti in Italian has a monumental stairways of 135 and at the top of it is the Trinita dei Monti church. Scalinata (Spanish Steps) is the most widest staircase in Europe.

In front of the Spanish Steps is a beautiful fountain where most people go sit around the area. And just right in front of it is the Spanish steps with obviously has stairways that is way too many, and you can also see small but beautiful flower garden right into the middle. It is very beautiful no wonder why many people used to sit and occupied all the areas that supposed to be for walking. It’s beautiful view from the top. Along the streets are local and international shops/brands that you’ll most probably enjoy (if you love shopping). And if you do love eating and trying their delicate then you don’t have to go far from Spanish Steps and shops; the restaurants are just behind the boutiques/shops. They are usually in every small streets. The foods are great and it is very nice to sit outside to feel the scenery, except that the cars are also passing through small streets so just so you know.

The only thing I do not like about the place is that those flower vendors who used to trick couples. They will offer you roses, and they just keep forcing everyone to take it from them. Continue reading →

Happy Mothers Day Special

To Our Loving Mother,

Happy Mothers Day “Inay”. It’s hard to give a message through writing, when I knew that you only have few percent of chance to end up in my blog page since we both know you are not using internet/computer. Anyway, we may be so far from each other; and kisses and hugs are most possibly not going to happen right now, but I know that you know how much we care for you. We love you, and I always think of you. There isn’t day that pass that I haven’t think about you.

I/We thank you for all the love, care, understanding that you keep giving to us. We thank you for all patience ever since we were young, wild, and all stubborn asses. Thank you so much for being the most giving and understanding person; during the time that I am most down and thinking that nobody cares anymore. You are always just right next to me, or right next to anyone of us when we needed you.

I know that this day isn’t enough to make you feel special; I know it has to be everyday and every single minute, but you know we all are trying to do the best we could so that you and father can live your lives the most comfortable as possible. You are not getting any younger, I promise to try to give you what will makes you happy. (I will try)

You are the most wonderful mother, and always remember that we all love you very much, and we are all sorry for everything that caused you pain, and sadness. We love you and stay healthy, and safe.

Burning Of The Witches 2013 (Pálení Čarodějnic)

Every 30th of April, people in Czech Republic are celebrating Burning of the witches whether they live in a village or city. This tradition is being performed every year at the same date as they believe that if they continue the tradition; the power of the witches will weaken and finally the cold weather will go away and so the warm weather will come and start.

I wrote an article about this tradition last year (Link here!) The article is all about me trying to fit-in with their tradition. I was a person who was just observing back then. This year, I am more likely used to it. I know what’s going to happen and what the program is all about. Our Impostors On Facebook

World is really crazy this day, specially now that we have plenty of technology which can do pretty much everything you won’t expect in real. Technology is something I am thankful about having; but there are certain thing that is not so pleasant that technology brought to people’s life.

Two weeks ago, I was surprised when one girl I know sent me a message on Facebook regarding some issues about my husband. The girl I was pertaining to,, was not my friend but I know who she is. The message she sent me includes Facebook page of a guy using my husbands photos, but in different name. The guy (husband’s impostor) was chatting to one Filipina who lives in Bulacan. In the conversation was about flirting and meeting that is scheduled on the 22nd of September this year. The girl who sent me message told me to ask the girl; (the one who my husband’s impostor is chatting),,if I don’t believe of anything that she says. So meaning I have the Facebook page link of the girl who’s chatting with the impostor.

Of course, I never believe even one single word she told me;

First: My husband is always with me and I know everything he is doing even if we are not together in a day.

Second: I didn’t let my husband see the message of the girl I know. I wanted to read everything first and investigate a little more before I show him. So I found on the last conversation was when my husband and I were together celebrating this “Burning of the Witch”, Czech tradition every year on 30th of April. We are gathered again with family, and so I know from the conversation that it wasn’t my husband. Reason? Well, my husband was with me whole time. Never go to toilet to get a chance. Everywhere I go he goes too. He never even bother to look at the phone and there wasn’t internet connection in that area. Trying To Conceive Cycle #6-7 (TTC #1)

Okay, I have been out for so long in the TTC update. Honestly, I have no idea what to share with you all in my TTC journey because every month is just same as the other month. It’s been a long time since we started TTC but still haven’t had the luck. Sometimes, I am losing hope already, and just all day down thinking about it.

Why does other people get it sooner than I am. I do exercise and even take a pre-natal vitamins, but still nothing? My TTC number 6 was a joke like always. Every month there is something different with my cycle and reason why I couldn’t recognized anymore if my cycle is regular or no longer consider regular like it was before we tried.

Cycle 6, I was 8 days late, and so I began to think that maybe that is something. But I ended up upset again after the next day I got my period. The cycle 7 well, I got this very pink spotting. unfortunately I couldn’t upload the photo here because my husband won’t allow me, because it may gross other readers that will read; so just look at the photo below as it has same color like the spots.

That is the color of spotting for one whole day which never happened to me. I began to worry because I never had pink, like totally pink for whole day. I went to school like regular day without using tampon, only the liner. It was fine whole day but I didn’t take any test because I was kind of thinking maybe it’s again false alarm, as my cycle goes wrong and wrong every month. So I decided to wait and yet the next day after spotting pink, I got this heavy bleeding that lasted for 3 days.

Again, another failed month of TTC.

Right now,I kept telling my husband that maybe, probably “I have a problem”, it is because I am really getting tired of my period every month. Why can’t I be pregnant when other can in a month or two? What is wrong with me?

Cycle 8 is still waiting for the result if Af will come or not, so I will let you know in a week or so…

Czech Spring 2013

After a very long winter, spring has finally shows up here in Czech Republic. The weather is nice, and from time to time we get some rain. The trees are starting to be green and flowers are blooming. You can smell the fresh wind breeze while the birds are chirping day and night. Although, there is something I don’t really like about spring and summer; that is the small insects that goes inside the house when you leave doors and windows open. They just love the light specially at night, and they just died inside; and its kind of messy. Daily cleaning is really a must.

You can’t really avoid leaving windows or doors open because here in Czech Republic, we don’t use air-condition. There are some place where they use air-condition but it’s very rare here. So when temperature gets a little bit higher, and sun shines great; then we have no choice but to leave doors and windows open so we get to have some air or just to get a little get better temperature inside our home.

Spring is about outdoor activities, that is why it more traffic on the road during Friday, because people are usually going on weekend road trips, or to mountains and rent some cottage to spend the weekends in the woods. Motor bikers are also hitting the road, and also cause more accident because of their deadly speed, and that is why I hear ambulance every now and then, so often. Continue reading →

Reason For Number 10

If you may notice the article in titled “My Wish List”, there is the wish number 10 (House/Condo in the Philippines) ; I really didn’t put any certain reason on why I wanted that; on why I wanted my own place in the Philippines; but just few days ago I realized why I wanted it.

I wanted a place where someone can find me, if something wrong happened. I wanted a place where I can say “I am the queen and I am the law.” I wanted a place to go when everything seems to fall apart on me. I wanted a place that will serve as my shelter when I needed to cry or hide the feelings inside me. I wanted a place that will serve as meditation place ; a place to clear my mind; a place I will be safe no matter what. Continue reading →

Things You Don’t Know, Won’t hurt?

The person I knew once says that “Things you don’t know better be remains hidden and unspoken, for it won’t hurt somebody”.

Maybe it is true? Well,who knows?

I don’t know what other might say, but to the fact that there are many certain issues in life; there are many differences; many happenings; many experiences, people may react differently but I know for sure. I’d like to know secrets, I want to know those that are forbidden. It’s not about by curiosity, but because in this world people like me want honest people around. I’d like to know if people around is to be trusted or not. Even if it will hurt me, I won’t care. Rain On A Sunny Day

One of my rainy days has come. My day full of surprises, and couldn’t get a chance to believe what is right and wrong. I found myself; elsewhere than where I am supposed to be. I am confused, and there is nothing else I could do but to remain confused and wait until the rain passed.

I freaked out, and I wanted to ask myself why rain has to be here. It’s beautiful weather, but I couldn’t feel a thing. I couldn’t imagine how it happened, but yet it has to remain inside my brain. Everything that happened seems to make sense to me, but what should I believe? The feelings that might be wrong, or the eagerness that comes to me once in a while? I don’t know!

I wish the rain would stop. I wish that the sun will just shine up there and be nice. I saw the bed waiting for me. Should I just lay and just keep my eyes closed? Or open it, and never ask for anything again anymore?

I’d like something, but I don’t know what. I’d like to yell but seems that I got nothing to say. Is it because rain just wanted to remind me of how living is supposed to be, or is it because it just want to happen to be here? Who knows? Because I don’t.

I’d like someone to talk,but seems nobody’s available. I’d like to speak to somebody but it seems I don’t know who I should trust, or maybe trust is no longer in my possession? Oh that is just terrible!!!

Doubt? Is never cross to my mind. Doubt is nothing to me, but a word. You don’t say I doubted a single thing, because I know myself I wouldn’t because I don’t have a reason to be. Oh rain, just stop and get over it.

Trust? Trust is something huge, but I have to learn to give it to people I love. But one thing I don’t want is to be questioned about giving trust and be trusted. I gave it, and I am giving it away. Because I know I have too. Perhaps, will wash something away.

It is afternoon, and it seems that rain is still on a sunny day. I am alone, hoping it would stop and I’d get a chance to lighten up my head. Rain is very depressing, and so is my day today!!!
