Being fit and healthy is something which my husband and I wanted to achieve. I think everyone wants it! J I never thought that I would be able to do it seriously. Few months back, my husband bought this heavy dumbbell and etc, which are needed for building muscles, and to do exercise much more effectively.
The other room, which supposed to be for our future baby is now being used as our small personal gym. My husband started to fill it up with more and more equipment’s, and he also bought something which I might use; something with light-weight and something which will not hurt me, and kill me someday.J I got two different weight of dumbbell; one is one kilo, and the other one is three kilo, which is now a little bit light for me to use. We also got “STEPPER MOTOR” which we both used.
Lately, my husband and I started to do exercising together. We helped each other to perform better. I do exactly what he said to me, so I will be fit and healthy before getting pregnant. J Since my husband always looked at the internet of some procedures to follow to build some muscles and not to hurt the body parts; I always need to listen carefully, and looked how he perform it. As of now we both are doing great, and I didn’t kill myself yet. My husband kept looking for some healthy diet that will be needed while exercising. He became addicted into building muscles, which means he also now buying some protein, oatmeal, and make some list of receipt that I might cook and prepare so we will have healthy meal every time.
I might say, it’s hard to do it regularly without craving for some food which is actually not healthy and so much fat in there, but sometimes stubborn wife was still eating. J though my husband kept fighting for unhealthy food. My husband always insists to make me new recipes of daily diet meal, because he thought I am not able to follow it regularly.
Last time, he wasn’t going to the office to work for one week because my brother in-law went to Italy with his family to ski. We decided to do exercising together, seriously, and with all our heart with it. We bought started at the same time and must finished at the same time; no less no more. I did ride on his back because he needed some more weight to build muscles in his lower legs. He did it well!
I guess having music while exercising helps us to be more active and less tired. I don’t know why but I liked it that way. We did great, and now I started to build muscles step by step. We do exercising twice a week, sometimes 3x, it depends on how fast our muscles re-generate.
